Livepeer Treasury

The Livepeer Treasury is the network's on-chain treasury, and the DAO that governs it is the network itself: every delegator and orchestrator, voting on treasury proposals and on governance LIPs. Proposals are submitted and tracked through the Livepeer Explorer.

It decides and allocates funding rather than delivering work, so it owns no roadmap commitments and never will. The bodies it funds — the SPEs among them — are the ones answerable for what lands.
